Chet was very professional. He understood my need. He was very knowledgeable, listened to me, discussed the issue, explained what needed to be done. He was especially responsive and prompt. I would hire him again if I ever need flooring.

I really like the flooring, but I feel like the agent give me a quote for more square footage then what was needed making the price higher then what it was. So it made me think that I was being over charged for square footage that wasn?t correct. I haven?t made a decision yet.
