Best treehouse builders near Hebron, MD

"M Phippin did a great job on our 2 room addition. He has the most detailed and easy to understand quote. He stuck to his quote. The work was done in a timely manner considering corona virus came into play towards the end of the remodel. We absolutely love the 2 rooms he did and I wouldn’t think twice to hire him again."

"It has been a pleasure to have Joey Handybeard doing the work on my home. I really hadn’t realized how badly my exterior door was rotted but Joey went right to work getting the rotten wood out and replacing that with durable material that will last for years to come. I was impressed with the clean up as well. Now that whole area looks brand new. I will definitely have Joey back to do further work on my home. Frances Weaver"

"They repaired a deck that had been hit by a large tree top. While gathering estimates for the work I was very pleased to see the level of detail they offered regarding the needed repair. Ultimately, I chose them because they located an issue with the deck that was not picked up by the other contractors. At the end of the project I found their workmanship to be quite good. They were punctual, friendly, and had great ideas with regarding to the repair. I will definitely recommend them to neighbors and friends. In addition, I have already spoken with them about completing other projects at our home."

"I have worked with S&S on multiple projects for over a year, I am a Community Association Manager and manage 14 communities, including mid-rise condo buildings, townhomes, and single-family communities. I rely on having highly reliable, multi-disciplined contractors. S&S is, without a doubt, the best I have ever worked with in over 15 years of property management. They have responded to flooded condominiums that affect multiple units and common areas, to severely damaged roofs (both in townhomes and mid-rise buildings), to simple plumbing, electrical, and ceiling/drywall repairs. They expertly install cabinetry, flooring, window - whatever you need. They even fix squeaky doors that nobody else can. They have pressure-washed and re-caulked 5-story buildings, lifted sinking sidewalks. I could go on and on. They have their mitigation certification for water. mold and fire, they can do both the mitigation and rebuild. They have all of the necessary drying equipment, and have a 24-hour-a-day, ready-to-go trailer, so they can respond to disaster calls more quickly than any larger mitigation company I have worked with. They are also expert users of Xatimate, the software required by insurance companies for claims. I have used their mitigation and rebuild services more than a dozen times in the past year. I should also mention that they have an extremely capable, full-time crew, so the work gets done quickly. Whether you need a new roof, a porch, a new kitchen or bathroom, or smaller projects - S&S should always be your first call!"

"Vince called me back within hours of my sending him a message through Angie's List.  Even though he does not list Montgomery County as one of his service areas, he was completely willing to help us out.  In my message, I had requested the work to be done onsite but Vince explained why having him pick up the generator and take it back to his shop to work on it would make more sense.  His charge for pick-up and delivery back to us was only $34.95.
When Vince came to pick up the generator, he was on time and was able to give me a ballpark cost for the work (which turned out to be very accurate).  He said that he could get it back to us in 3-4 days but I asked if he could do it faster as there was a snow storm predicted for the next day or so.  Vince agreed to a shorter time line and ultimately got the generator back to us within 1 day!  There ended up being no snow storm but we got our generator back in working condition - along with a booklet of care instructions, a copy of our invoice, and a service history form.  A few days later we received a hand-written Thank You card in appreciation of our business.  I can't imagine how the service could have been any better.  We will use Vince for any future small engine repairs/maintenance we have and highly recommend him and his services.

"K&J maintenance (John) has completed numerous construction projects for me over the years. He tore out and installed new bath (to include- tile bath & floor, paint, install cabinets, change plumbing & added electrical outlets. He installed wooden & vertical blinds; repaired & painted walls/trim; installed ceiling fans & light fixtures; fixed & installed carpet; installed storm doors; installed curtain rods. I have used K&J over the years and is the best person for any job. He is very knowledgeable, professional and is priced very reasonable. I recommend him highly for any projects big or small. "very well, vent on roof was clogged"

"Wonderful. There are few things worse than going down to your basement and finding muddy water pooled on the floor. We were able to take care of the standing water; however, we had to find the source of the leak. We called MJ Home and they were able to come out the same day, give an assessment, and by that evening we had an estimate. Another representative came out the following day to meet with my husband and discuss the exact plan of attack and the following day they were out there and the job was completed. I would not have asked for better service."
