"This contractor supposedly and mis-understood my statement to and remove snow and and preceded to upcharge me twice. While I will say his and people did a good job, he proceeded to be sarcastic with me about the snow removal and amount, then told me I should have done it myself. He overcharged me based on his quote even though I agreed to the larger amount, then proceeded to charge me more based on his workers assessment of the snow being over 6 ft. tall even though I had told him it was about the size of a car (see photo). He initially was going to charge me $400 for 2 parking spaces, but said he had to charge more due to the excessive snow he had to move, I reminded him that in our original conversation I has asked him to and remove the snow, not move it, and he claimed he misunderstood me. He then told me I should have done it myself. I paid him his asking fee, but do not ever use this person or his company, he is clearly a scammer, and will try to up your bill if he thinks he can. $600!"

I specialize in installation of blinds and drapes as well as repair measure and ordering of blinds, Im a former NEXT DAY BLINDS and 3DAY BLINDS employee out on my own with my own company, Im also on thumbtack with over 120 5stars jobs completed Damons accent services. I also do wallpaper, power wash, gutter cleaning, furniture assembly, hang pictures shelves mirrors etc... changing locks, mounting security cameras, and tv mounting with a host of other handy things as well. This includes out of warranty products such as Hunter Douglas, etc. Consider repairing that broken blind, shade, or shutter, before replacing a whole room full, just to make them match. Repair is a fraction of the cost. 30 years of experience in the window treatment industry.

Everyone either said they don’t repair products that they didn’t install themselves and I have to buy all new treatments in order to be covered under a warranty again (No way! I already been burned by that promise once…) or they insisted on removing my window treatments, taking at least a month to make the repairs and charging me almost as much as the cost of new treatments for the hassle and inconvenience.)"
