"Mr. Thomas, Dwight and crew performed the level 2 chimney inspection (only/no sweep requested) and repaired the brick/masonry of the chimney, including repacing the flue liner and repair of the chimney box. They provided literature, kept me highly informed of status, arrival, appointments, and work progress. They also completed a beautiful job on my neighbor's chimney rebuild/replace. The work looks really great and it is apparent that Mr. Thomas, Dwight, and the masonry crew take pride in their workmanship and quality. The job was completed within 2 days and so far, everything is looks fantastic. Waiting for a cool day to crank up the fireplace. They also provided a professional lamination card and pen for reminders of next year's chimney sweep. I only slightly hit the value as I would have loved the inspection price to be part of the repair and the receipt, but overall, great experience, great A+ rating on BBB and both licensed and bonded. "So Nir and Alexander just left my property. They installed two new Chimney Chases. My entire experience with Chimney Sweep Clean has been absolutely marvelous. Initially when I found Nir on a recommendation by a friend, he answered politely and was at my property the next day. A fair estimate was given and I had to wait two weeks for the custom made chases. Remarkably the Chases were made in only a week, he called me and was there the next day and they were installed. Amazing!!! The cleanliness and professionalism with which Nir runs his business is really remarkable. The new custom made chases look great. As well during the installation process he took pictures step by step so he could explain it to me. You just don't find companies who operate like this much anymore.
