"We just had the Contractor's, Inc. give our kitchen a much-needed update. When deciding to do this work, we got quotes from several different companies. Our kitchen was old, but made with high quality materials and so we were really interested in cabinet refacing rather than completely replacing them. Several quotes later, and after speaking to several different companies, The Contractor's, Inc. was the best price but also the one company would do cabinet refacing that would also do the countertops and backsplash as well. This past week they came out on the exact date they said they would, were so friendly and courteous, cleaned up after themselves each day, and completed the work in three days as promised. The cabinets are beautiful, high quality cabinets, the countertops and backsplash look great and I feel like I have a whole new kitchen. Could not be happier with the whole experience from beginning until end."

"Cabinet Restoration Company was our third estimate. Pete Simonello, owner, came initially; we were impressed with his in assessment of the project. The previous two, both gotten from Angie’s, claimed they could remove the granite countertops, install new lower cabinets, and replace the granite with no damage. Pete knew this would not work, and he said so. We liked and trusted Pete right away, and we were not wrong. We agreed on new upper cabinets, and refacing lower cabinets. The work was done by Robert Mottek, Master Cabinetmaker. I cannot say enough about Rob’s craftsmanship, graciousness, and work ethic. He was a pleasure to work with. He suggested improvements that resulted in more usable cabinet space in our relatively small kitchen. We are very happy with the job and glad we used this company."

"We had an absolutely fantastic experience with The Cabinet Restoration Company. We had a large kitchen built in 1992 that needed a facelift in Clarksville, MD. The original cabinets were high-end, custom-built, quality cabinetry that didn't really make sense to get rid of completely. The tricky part was we wanted to make some cabinet layout changes for different appliances which required replacing some cabinets while only refacing others, and we weren't using a general contractor. Pete Simonello worked closely with us and was very patient with our many changing ideas and questions. It required a lot of coordination since we were also renovating the rest of the house, and they were very amenable to our always changing timelines. The end result is fantastic. The project took about 4-5 weeks to complete. Steve Cropper, who did the work, was by far the best contractor we've ever worked with. He took such great care of our home (put up plastic walls sealing the whole kitchen off and protective flooring to/from exterior doors), was always courteous and friendly, kept us in the loop of the work being done, and his attention to detail with our kitchen was next level. I can be a stickler for details, but Steve's work quality was just outstanding. We still say to this day we wish we could use Steve for every project in our home. I was hesitant to reface kitchen cabinets in a high-end home, thinking it may not last or hold its value and end up being a waste of money if we had to replace the cabinets in the end regardless. It's been about a year since completing the project and I'm still floored every time we walk into the kitchen. Everything is holding up perfectly, and even I'm none the wiser that the cabinets were ever refaced at all. I also can't tell the difference between the new and refaced cabinets despite being side-by-side. And I'm the usually the first person to look at something, scan the details, and judge the quality. We saved a huge amount of money over full cabinet replacements, and were just so pleased with the whole process and the high quality. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a cost-effective way to update their kitchen cabinetry."

"I hired ATN to do extensive work in my basement: remediating water damage, building bookshelves, reconfiguring a laundry area, and gutting and rebuilding a full bath. First of all, the quality of their work was excellent. Willie and his team do not cut corners, do not take short cuts, and approach every task from drywall to tiling to fixture installation with attention to detail. The finished product was breathtaking and everything I had dreamed up. I have hired many professionals through the years, but what set ATN apart from every other professional I’ve work with was their RELIABILITY, INTEGRITY, AND COMMUNICATION. Reliability: Willie showed up on time to the minute for the estimate, whereas the other 4 estimates we got came late or at staggered times in a several hour window. He was the only contractor who we got an estimate from who offered this approach, and it made a huge difference. Integrity: Willie was a lifesaver when he discovered, a week into work, that the waterproofing system that another company had installed recently did a subpar job. I think other contractors would have looked the other way and continued their work, but Willie brought the issue to my attention, explained why he thought the work was not done properly and even advocated for us when an employee from that company came over to check it out. He did all this knowing that fixing the waterproofing issues would delay his work, but he did it because he has the utmost integrity. Ultimately, with Willie’s help, we got the waterproofing company to tear out the entire system and redo it from scratch. I can’t thank ATN enough for this. Communication: So important on a big project! Willie communicated promptly on any issue that arose through text, email and face to face. As many hiccups arose (termites, unforeseen electrical and plumbing problems), Willie was excellent at explaining each issue in an understandable way, proposing various solutions, and being transparent about any revisions to the price and timeline. Not only is Willie a great communicator, but he’s also just a super friendly guy, former military and proud dad and granddad. My husband says he wants to be Willie when he grows up :) Highly recommend ATN!"
