Mike was also was kind enough to install my kitchen appliances for me (the store told me installation was included but the delivery people did not install anything). Mike took on extra work and was willing to do this without charging me. He is kind and very detail-oriented. He would not say the job was finished, until he was satisfied that everything was done correctly."

They had someone come out to look at the project site the next day. I had called another painting company who told me that they could not provide an estimate unless I assured them that I would sign a contract within 30 days. Spiros made no such stipulation. Spiros began the work about a week after I accepted their proposal. This was partly to accommodate own my schedule; they could have started earlier. The rear wall of the house is difficult to access, but Spiros was able to deal with the situation without bringing in any special equipment. They scraped and patched the wall thoroughly.
