On our 5 acres there are over 100 trees. No one had lived on the property for a number of years so they were in a bad way. We have some pin oaks that don't do well in the low iron soil. A number had died and a few were on there way out. Tim came by and identified the trees that were to far gone to treat and removed a few ash that had died from the emerald borer. He treated the ones that could be saved. In total he has removed 10 trees and treated 7 with a scheduled removal of 3-4 more dead pines. This process has been going on for over a month now and I couldn't be happier. Not only has he removed the trees that were dead or nearly so. He saved a number that I thought had to be removed. He has done all the work himself or been here when it was being performed so I don't have to worry about subcontractor shenanigans. He is his own office so sometimes you have to wait an hour or two for a callback but I have never waited more than 2 hours. That is a better response time than most of the other companies I deal with. In all it has been a great experience and we are going to contract him as our permanent Arborist. After the removal, grinding and trimming was completed they were very diligent to remove all debris and clean all areas where they had worked.. The only sign that they had been on the property was the mulch piles in the areas where the stumps had been removed.

I stated that I had already paid Edge of the Bay the $85.00 service fee and that they were to fix the microwave. By not signing the waiver or choosing to hire an independent person to remove and replace the unit I had no other options.
I told the service man to leave our home, which he did and never offered to return the initial fee. I feel that I was mislead during the first service call by not being informed of our options. The service man stated that he was not really certain what the problem was and until he could remove the unit the problem could not be properly diagnosed.
I would never use this company again as I feel they could have informed me of their "options" during the initial visit. I thought this was strange but I did it anyway. The bigger problem was that when he finished cleaning the rug there were more stains than before. He told me that this was normal, that it was from the special pet stain remover and that they would disappear as the rug dried. Two days later the stains were still there. I called All Brite and they said they would come out and re-clean the rug. After two more days, when they had not returned, I called again. Again they promised to come out and re-clean the carpet. When All Brite did not show, I called several more times and all I got was their answering machine on which I left messages. I then called from a different phone and they picked up immediately. I again asked when they were coming out to re-clean my rug and they again promised they would be there soon. When they did not show up, I called using both the phones that I has used and could only get their answering machine. I suspected that they had black listed my phones and would not answer my calls. I then used a third phone and they picked up immediately verifying that they had black listed me and that they had no intent of returning to re-clean my rug. To make a long story short, it is now September 29, 2010, I am out $100, my rug still has stains ( it is worse then it was before they cleaned), All Brite has not come back as promised, they refuse to answer my phones calls and do not respond to my messages left on their answering machine. I will now have to hire a different carpet cleaner and spend another $100+. I want everyone to know that All Brite should not be used. They are totally unprofessional and un-responsive. It is not clear that they know how to clean rugs and carpets; they do not back up their work; they do not have the courtesy to return phone calls. They will take your money and run. We paid him a portion at the beginning of the job once contracts were signed to begin work. At first things were okay, He came to install all the ducts. Was on time, but unprofessional by bringing along his kid (or someone else kid, I'm not sure). Then, we have him a check for $2500 to purchase both units and the rest of the material needed. That was 2 weeks ago! (july 31st) He called to say the material wasn't in yet on Tuesday July 31st. Then said it would be there the next day. So for the rest of that week, he continued to say the same thing. Then he started not answering his phone but maybe once or twice. My husband and I both have tried calling several times and have not heard from him since Friday, Aug. 12 at 7am stating he had the material and was on his way to the property. We have not see. Or heard from him. Now we are out $2500 And have no materia!! We have left multiple messages and texts. He let's the phone ring once or twice then hits the "ignore" button on his phone. I will contact anyone and everyone I can to be sure no one gets scammed by this man!!!"
