He was the only tinting company I actually got a call back from the first day, and worked hard to provide incredible services within my tight window (no pun intended!). Bob was knowledgeable, friendly, and flexible, and the installer Mike was very talented and punctual. He needed to replace some of the wood, once he removed the old skylight, and the work was done promptly and perfectly. He did not try to push products or services that were not required and cleaned up the work area completely. I will definitely be calling Reinforced Skylights when skylight #2 needs replacing as well.
