The owner of the company got trained and licensed in 2006 and launched his company in 2007, all during the period of the housing bubble crisis. Learning the industry in such an abnormal business environment was very beneficial as it exposed all the different nuances an appraiser needs experience in to be competent in all aspects of the business.
