Bill Panici

He is not a very good buyer?s real estate agent. He behaves more as a seller?s agent. If you hire him as a buyer?s agent, you essentially have no one to go to bat for you. You will at times find yourself fighting against him as well as the seller?s agents. He makes promises that he does not keep. He is, in effect a dishonest real estate agent. I already bought a house from him and went to closing with a non-functioning $10,000 air conditioning unit. The seller was supposed to fix the unit and Mr. Panici was supposed to retain a home warranty to cover the unit for a year. They never had the unit fixed and the home warranty does not cover the unit, which is the only reason to have the warranty. Now Bill is not responding to any inquiries as to what he wishes to do about this. In addition, he is not responding to a number of other promises he made. However the air conditioning system is the most critical that he has not delivered on. I now have an air conditioning unit that doesn?t work during a heat wave. I can?t move into this house now.
