Erich is a phenomenal agent. He knows every in and out of the process (and of homes - huge for people like us who don't know the technical details of what to look for/watch out for, etc.). He also does not force his opinions on you. Erich knows details of lots of areas (a benefit of having many clients in many places throughout the DMV area) - he gave us good info about the community we settled on. During the closing process, he was an amazing advocate for us - he negotiated extremely well and got us the absolute best terms. Finally, he is incredibly affable and really cares about his clients - he was like a member of our family through the process of finding our house. My contemporary home is fairly unique for the DC market and has some distinctive features that many appreciate, but those with small children might find concerning. Thus, narrowing the market for potential buyers.  Erich went to work immediately. His marketing of my home was comprehensive. He had a professional photographer take photos of my home and had a professional company produce detailed floor plans of my home to be posted on the internet.  He featured my home on his website, ecrealtor.com, and posted it on Coldwell Banker?s website, the Coldwell Banker Previews International website for luxury real estate, and other websites as well. Erich held multiple open houses and engaged his colleagues to assist as needed. Erich printed large glossy brochures with photos, floor plans and highlighted key features of the house for prospective buyers. He printed a large glossy postcard that was mailed to the surrounding area.  

In addition, he advertised my home in multiple publications from the Washington Post and NY Times to upscale magazines.  Erich is very detailed and was always responsive whenever I contacted him; day, night or weekends. In addition, he is a pleasure to deal with and his advice is sound. I always felt that he kept my best interests in the forefront. My home was on the market during the ?summer doldrums,? but Erich found a family that loves the home as much as I do and are excited to move in soon.

Throughout the entire process, Erich was professional, capable, helpful, accessible, and results oriented. He had a professional
stager evaluate our house and give us recommendations, free of charge, and sent in a professional photographer to take photos of our house. What a difference both made! The stager helped us arrange our house to play up its strengths (which is hard to do when you love your house and can’t imagine how someone else wouldn’t love it immediately).
