Aaron has been assisting me with a very specific property search in Austin.
I'm a longtime real estate investor, and I've worked with countless agents.
Aaron has been astonishingly patient, and his knowledge of the Austin market has been extraordinarily useful.
Importantly, he is a straight shooter.  The Austin real estate market is absurdly heated, and it's absolutely crucial that you get an agent that won't just BS you into buying the first thing you see.
With every interaction he's been professional, prompt (a rarity in the real estate business), and very patient.

Aaron Nann has been my realtor for about 5 years now.  Aaron is a great resource for *all* things real estate related - above and beyond just sales & purchases.   He provides me information on my property based on tax appraisals and interesting comparisions.  I also ask him for guidance/advice during my remodeling projects to make sure I'm staying within a reasonable budget given my property value and for any "dos and don'ts" based on what he's seeing from buyers in the market.  ((You never know - you might need to sell your house ASAP))  Aaron is always prompt - whether it's an email reply, a text message, or a phone call.   I can't figure out how he actually gets everything done because when you're in a meeting with him or viewing homes with him you never feel like he's working with other clients. 

He's one of those magic people that makes you feel like your business really matters, whether you're buying a starter home, a mid-range home or a luxury home.    I have never hesitated to refer Aaron - regardless of what the buyer is looking for.

Aaron was actually out of state on vacation when I found my dream property. He immediately took time out to prepare necessary documents. They were in my hands within moments. I was able to make the third offer on the property just before it closed, and it is now my proud home.

Aaron found us after the listing on my husband' house expired with another agent. He left the most compelling messages on our answering machine and his friendly persistence persuaded us that he might be the kind of agent who could help us sell two homes and buy a new one. We had received what seemed like hundreds of messages from other agents looking to re-list our home, but most of them sounded robotic and scripted. After getting a "this is the last message I will leave you" on our voicemail we decided to call Aaron back. We invited him to our home to make a proposal and we signed up with him a few days later. We were happy we did. Aaron knows what it takes to sell a house. He helped us set listing prices for both of our older homes and provided helpful hints to make them ready to show. Some of what we had to do was hard work, but I believe he asked us to do it with the right intentions and after they sold, it was worth all the effort. It became more fun when we started to look at homes to buy. While we thought we knew what we wanted at the start, what we really wanted evolved over weeks of looking at different homes. Aaron was very patient and always willing to take us out to see home after home. Aaron provided a custom website that populated with homes that met our criteria. We would scour the lists and then pick 4 or 5 to see each day. Aaron made recommendations too, based on what he knew we wanted. We probably looked at 40 or more homes before we found a few that we would consider making offers on. Aaron gave us guidance but allowed us to decide on the actual offers which he delivered to the selling agents. In the end we ended up with the perfect house for us at a price that was fair. I think we also made a new friend through the process. We have already recommended Aaron Nann to other colleagues and friends looking to buy or sell and we will certainly use him again!
