Turns out that water in my foundation is what caused my original door and frame to rot out in the first place. Ralph and Tom were up front with me and recommended I not have the door installed until the water in my foundation was taken care of. Despite the headache of having just paid for a door and now learning that I would have to pay for a basement sump pump this was good advice and I appreciated Ralph and Tom's honesty. "Zac called me within 5minutes of me speaking to the call center. He arrived alone when he said he would. We have a well cap that is underground so it must be dug up. Unfortunately I could not remember the exact location so he dug for more than an hour. Finally my husband said to move down the path more Zac found my sons helped remove the 3 foot round concrete cover and pull the pump. Zac did all the work needed and put the pump back . He did above and beyond for us in the rain. Would definitely recommend them."

"I hired a plumber through HomeAdvisor using prepay but I would not recommend this service. The contractor left a leaky pipe that caused water coming up through carpet. I had to purchase a wet vacuum to dry out the carpet. I had to contact HomeAdvisor again and hired Dave the Plumber, LLC who had to redo the installation done previously. Dave the Plumber replaced all the piping and outside spigot because of a water leak the previous contractor left. Thank you Dave the Plumber for being a professional and a job well done."
