They showed us what needed replaced at a cost point of 3 different levels good better and best .They showed us the difference between the 3 cost .They Showed up when they said they would it only took 1 day to remove the whole roof and replace with new drip edge and ice shield and new ply wood were it was rotten and new shingles this included cutting in a new ridge cap vent that was never there before .When they were done they cleaned everything up and it looks beautiful and gave us a 30 year guarantee I would use them again anytime for any of my roofing or construction needs"

My primary business is consulting on buildings that have construction defects that allow moisture intrusion, rot, mold, etc. I also work with builders on new buildings to assist in the sequencing and selection of products to prevent moisture intrusion, promote long-term building performance, ie., concrete curing, roof flashing, window and door installation, moisture barriers, basement waterproofing, etc.

You’ll need to keep foot and vehicle traffic off of your garage floor for around 4 days in total when replacing your garage floor, so be sure to plan ahead before you start. This is a great time to organize your garage since you’ll need to move everything out to apply the epoxy.
