But we were always pleased with the craftsmanship and the progress when we visited. The process was smooth with just a few hiccups along the way. Mr. Richard treated my home as if it was his own making sure everything was done correctly. At times, I felt like his trades and subs often went above and beyond and gave me the best service possible. Overall, we are very pleased with the workmanship and the completed product exceeded all of our expectations. Thank you for the beautiful new home, we are very proud of it. "Basement Project We absolutely love our new basement! I was very nervous when selecting the contractor for this job. I interviewed three contractors for the job, all seem very decent, but what set Best Home apart was Jeff Segovia. He designed the whole layout of our basement (we love it) and oversaw the entire project from beginning to end. The construction crews were very polite and friendly. Best Home did an excellent job and very flexible with many changes I had and they completed the job on time (took 3 months and exactly 1 week)which was amazing. I am actually hiring them again for additional projects. I highly recommend Best Homes!"

"I had a very positive experience with JCB and will definitely call them in the future when I need help. I wanted to completely change my kitchen but I didn’t want to shoulder the expense of new cabinetry. I spoke to Brandon about my vision (which was to have a rustic, distressed look on my kitchen cabinetry with coordinated accent cabinetry around the kitchen) and he gave me a lot of helpful info on the phone, even before I signed the contract. He came out to my home to show me what they could do, to make sure it was to my liking. His estimate also seemed fair. Once the job started, Brandon and Chris and Joe were kind and communicative, letting me know what they were doing each day and checking in for feedback. Because I wanted a unique, distressed look on my cabinets, they created the look entirely by hand based on my description of what I wanted. It was painstaking and labor-intensive, but they worked efficiently. The entire job was done in a week (they worked through the weekend) and I’m thrilled with the result. They also re-painted my walls, in a color that complimented the new cabinetry, and they replaced a light fixture. In addition to be very talented and building me a kitchen that I love, they are genuinely good humans, which is even more important. I’d highly recommend JCB."

"DO NOT HIRE!!!!!!! Completely unprofessional, BEWARE. They did a terrible job, and made a dent in the sink they installed and did not even mention it. They knew about the dent and tried to hide it. The caulking was also a disaster. They left a mess and did not clean up before leaving. They also didn't turn the water tightly shut enough and caused the water to leak and in the middle of the night came down stairs to find a large portion of the dry wall from the ceiling collapsed and ruined the entire carpet in the basement and our new furniture. We called them the next day to let them know and they responded that they did not cause the leak even though it is very clear that they did. I wish I never hired them. The project manager I spoke to on the phone, Jamal, was rude and very unprofessional. I would never recommend them! If I could give them 0 stars I would."

"Our family home has always been clean and functional but after thirty years it had become more a picture postcard from the 1980’s than the warm inviting image we had in our mind. It was obviously time to update. Unfortunately, after talking with numerous contractors, it seemed we would have to reduce our expectations or spend more than we had budgeted to afford remodeling our “dining room, living room, kitchen” (and eventually bathrooms too!) project. While pondering our next move a family friend told us they recently had Rohan remodel their kitchen/living space and it looked great and was, they thought, affordable. After seeing for ourselves the quality of workmanship, the improvements to ‘flow and functionality’ and the overall aesthetic appeal, we decided to give Rohan a call. Boy are we glad we did! Upon meeting Rohan for the first time we were shown the same optimism, knowledge through experience, flexibility of thought and dedication to quality that would continue straight through to the end of our multi-week project. His proposal/estimate covered all our wants and needs while fitting within our budget. The job was a total re-do and from floors to walls to counters to cabinets to plumbing to electrics and all were handled by Rohan and his team with time honed skill. The work was done in a timely fashion without ever leaving us wondering where people were or what they were going to be doing each step of the way. Every eventual ‘architectural surprise’ was met with candor, budgeted creativity and a hearty “no problem!” In the end our home was transformed ergonomically, aesthetically and affordably into a beautiful space where family and friends gather in happiness and in harmony with their surroundings. This company is run under his sister, through you will never see or know she exists. His real name is Brian G Mitchell, make sure you case search and find out the truth. I been dealing with him for years to get my addition finished and he has done nothing but take money and make excuses why he can’t work. Man has more personal issues, walked off the job without communication for 4 months. Lied to me and said framing passed inspections, they never did. If you even consider using this company, think again."
