They have done 3 extensive projects for us: roof repair, window replacement treated as new construction, and a master bath renovation down to the joists and studs and back again. This last project presented some unusual challenges, which were resolved perfectly and beautifully. Their work is precise and painstaking. It is on time and on budget. We did not hesitate to leave the house with work ongoing. Their plumbing subcontractor was equally reliable. We will, without hesitation, call on Dimitri’s for future projects. Last but not least, Ismar, our foreman on the job was professional, responsive, pleasant, and amazingly skilled. He and his team worked diligently on the electrical portion, cabinet installation, backsplash, appliance installation, and painting. He pressured washed, sanded and cleaned it, followed by a meticulous staining job. This entire porch, a central feature of my century old house, looks better than the day it was built and painted 25 years ago.
