"I just had a deep cleaning performed by Matt, Jay, Julius and all I can say is wow! Those guys worked very hard and diligent to ensure my system was thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. They even repaired one of my vents. They communicated throughout the day of progress and recommendations. They showed me pictures throughout the day not just at the end. I just completed a 2 year house renovation so I knew ducts needed to be cleaned but it was proven that previous owners did not maintain the cleanliness of the system. "The 2 techs first showed up after my dryer had died and cleaned the vents (inside - out and also from outside-in) as much as they could but said they needed me to have an operating dryer so that they could make sure everything was pushed out the side vent and airflow was good. They were very knowledgeable and honest which I appreciate when hiring any company without a first hand recommendation from my own friends/relatives first. They rescheduled a follow up appointment after my new dryer was delivered and were here the same morning and finished the cleaning and confirmed that everything was cleaned and working as it should now.
