Only weirdness was that the assigned project manager, who had been pretty good about communicating up until that point, just disappeared and I had to call Xtracare to find out I had a new project manager assigned. The new manager picked up without a hitch and my project was completed as promised. They seem to have a good network of experts to call upon, and I was really impressed by the knowledge and expertise of our project manager, Cleber. Overall, I highly recommend!"
