Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. "This is the second job we've used Riggs Landscaping for and I can't say enough about how impressed I am with his work. The first job was the installation of pavers from the driveway and onto the front steps, replacing the 'builder' cement. His experience shows, from the suggestions and implementation of sloping the terrain away from the foundation of the house which completely eliminated any water leakage which was occurring in the basement. I constantly receive compliments on how beautiful the pavers look! This job entailed the installation of a path from the front of the house to the back deck stairs. Most of the area was on a hill so it meant leveling it, putting in pressure treated lumber to build up the sides and burying the drain spouts. Perfect again! He cleans up, he's on time, and just an honest nice man. I would HIGHLY recommend him!"

"I AM LIVID WITH THEIR SERVICE. My husband and I have been living in our home 4 years without a single issue with our cooling system. We had UGI come out to "service" our system and said everything looked great....2 months later something with our compressor blew...that was $400. Then this morning, less than 30 days later, we apparently needed a brand new thermostat.....another $400 and guess what? MY HOUSE IS STILL NOT COOLING DOWN. So I called and said how it is absolutely ridiculous that there is still an issue especially after charging us to "fix" the thermostat. I am obviously frustrated. I work from home, its hot and I am pregnant with 4 pets in my home that are distressed from the rising heat and their customer service agent has the audacity to be BEYOND RUDE and tell me "to have a better day" as if it was MY FAULT...ok. It is very odd that ever since they came to "service" our central air system they've had to come back THREE TIMES and the system STILL NOT WORK. BEWARE!"
