"Highly recommended. Mike showed video of how he cleans Berber carpet and called me over when mine was being cleaned so I could see the same miraculous transformation of my own carpet. Explained "black borders" of my carpets meant my vents needs to be cleaned and provided proof at least one vent was missed during my last cleaning with another company 8 months previously. (The vent was still "painted shut".) Honest, reputable - highly recommended. OMA will be back!"

"They were fantastic. They came on time and were friendly and professional. We have 5 pets and two young children so I was worried about whether they would be able to sufficiently clean our carpets- especially my white nursery chair and ottoman!
