The owner was apologetic and gave me a lower price to make me happy. They did a great job on my white wool rug. Got all the stains out. The team had to move furniture in order to get the rug and then to put it back. They were very helpful and we gave them a nice tip for doing this. I would recommend this company but make sure you get clear information on pickup and delivery."
