Cons: Not on time after stressing the importance due to another company coming the same day. I had to call the morning of to verify someone was still coming. "I liked the fact that they did the vent cleaning from the outside so I didn't have to worry about making space in the laundry room so they could get to the dryer. My only complaint is that it took them a while to get to me, even though I said I needed it done quickly. I had to call twice to get the job moved up, but I am happy with the work."
