"This business was GREAT! I had a big problem right before my appointment with them. I had worked hard to gather the items that I needed for this business to load into their truck to take to the dump. I put a tag on each item that needed to go. The last thing that I did was to open my basement door to allow access. The door wouldn't open. I juggled the door locks and I pulled the knob with all of my strength. It would not budge. My phone rang; they had just arrived with their truck! What could I do? They would not be able to remove anything with the door locked!! I greeted them outside and explained my problem. Could they PLEASE help me get the door open? Yes, they would try! I gave them a chisel and a hammer. It took several tries, but... at last, the door came open! I was so relieved!! They removed all of the items and loaded them into their truck, as planned. All the while, they were good natured and said that they were glad to help. I will definitely hire them again! "
