They sanded and put down 2 coats of poly,( their standard procedure) but it's not very glossy. I was concerned after the first coat (Monday the 10th) as the surface looked dull and flat. I called and I was told not to worry. Today, I called after the work was completed, where I was told that they would be happy to add additional coats of poly, for an added fee. I shouldn't have to pay more money . . . I am not in the floor refinishing business, and I don't know if it will take 2 coats or 12 coats of poly to achieve a certain level of finish. I expect the estimator to know this information, and communicate it to me. If it requires more than they typically do, I need to be made aware of this!! If it requires more than the standard, it needs to be in the contract. Telling me afterwards is not professional. The contract says 2 costs - OK. So, they stuck to the contract, but it isn't what they told me they would do! Nor is it what I told the estimator I wanted. If you're not concerned about matching to existing floors in the home, then AG Floors is just fine. But if you want to match something existing in the home.....?? Maybe not. Under Professionalism, I also had to ding them due to the helper vacuuming up dust, I saw him open the front door and empty the vacuum hose contents onto my front porch! Really?? You're dumping the dirt on the front porch, where you're walking in and out?? When I asked him what he was doing, he just smile since he didn't understand my English. More poor communications!! After looking over the vast amount of junk I had, Mark presented me with a quote of $275.00 I felt this was completely reasonable considering the amount of junk, and the fact that due to the previous nights rain, it was too muddy to get to the back of my home, which meant having to haul everything out a ways to get to his truck. He backed his truck down and as far as possible and proceeded to demo all the furniture-quite quickly! He then loaded all the bags and miscellaneous odds and ends and was done in about 45 minutes. I am in the process of clearing out a three floor townhouse in preparation for a move, and definitely plan on using Mark again. As a side note, I had asked Mark to give me a quote for moving, he declined as he did not want to track mud through my home, instead offering to come back out next week. I was impressed that he'd rather take time out of another day and drive back to my home, rather than potentially track mud through the house. They ended up not servicing my unit because there were rplacements needed and i had a home warranty which would cover the replacement at no cost. So this year I got a coupon in my email for a free annual inspection. I called them and was able to set the appointment for my day off which was nice. The technician called me early to say he was running behind and would be there by 11 (original window was 9:30-10:30) however he was there at 10:15. He supposedly serviced the A/C unit, told me it was working fine but since it was old I should start considering replacing it. (Unit is 17 yrs old). But there was no pressure or anything to purchase from them so I was satisfied until 6 weeks later when the A/c went out. I had ot go through my home warranty company to avoid paying for the repairs - when the tech came out he told me my motor burned out because the A/C unit had not been serviced, then he took me up in the attic with him to show me. The unit was covered with dust & dirt, way more than what would have accumulated since the ABC technician had been there."},"url":"https://www.angi.com/companylist/us/tx/houston/abc-home-and-commercial-services-reviews-131995.htm"},"position":6},{"@type":"ListItem","item":{"@type":"LocalBusiness","name":"VRN Masonry Inc","address":{"@type":"PostalAddress","addressRegion":"MD","addressCountry":"US"},"review":{"@type":"Review","author":{"@type":"Person","name":"Jeannie C."},"reviewBody":"Rui came out to estimate the job on the weekend which was a big help to me. While he timely called me and told me that he was running late (he was \"on his way\" or something to that effect), I didn't realize (and I don't believe he told me) it was going to be a full hour and a half. Thus, the tech finally came at 2:30 (on a Saturday afternoon). When the technician arrived (he was at least apologetic--he informed me this was his 3rd job of the day--and he seemed tired enough that it was presumably true), he proceeded to set up. I had already started getting to work on taking the vents off (while waiting for him), so he finished taking off the vent covers, set up the machine to suck debris from near the HVAC unit, and began to blow air through the vents. The technician had informed me repeatedly that the vent cleaning was a very clean process because the dust and debris stayed in the vents and got sucked up by the machine that he had brought in; this clearly turned out not to be the case. The whole process of blowing air into the vents was much, much dirtier than I expected. In fact, whole clouds of dirt and debris flew out of at least one vent that I watched. He proceed to get out the vacuum cleaner and cleaned up some of the dirt on the floor, and then put another shot of air into the vent, only to have another dust/dirt cloud shoot out again. After blowing air through the vents, he then went to the basement and proceeded to agitate the vents through \"bore\" holes with a snake/whip. The agitation again caused large amount of dust and dirt to pour out the other open \"bore\" holes and soon the basement had a thick cloud of dust/debris (I opened the basement door to get some fresh air.) The technician provided no explanation/excuse/attempt to mitigate the dust and dirt. (It is possible that my vents were worse than average, as the dirt/dust seemed to come mostly from vents that did not have true metal ducts, rather the vent was a hole cut in the block, and then the \"duct\" was just closed off floor joists.) While I believe the technician cleaned the vents properly (at least I don't know enough to know otherwise), I was surprised by how dirty the house became. The entire upstairs bathroom needed to be cleaned when he left, and there were large piles of dust and dirt outside some of the vents. (One vent, which was behind open book shelving, had books covered in dust and dirt. I had to take them all out and wipe them down, and the floor was really bad. Really, I could write my name in the dirt.) After the technician left (around 7pm) and I walked around the house, I concluded that there had been no attempt to clean up anything, anywhere (other than the one vent that I watched). A couple other minor things: 1) the heavy machine the tech brought in scuffed my newly painted basement steps, 2) I was charged the $95 dollars for the coil cleaning (I think) even though I wasn't shown that it needed to be done (I thought I just had it cleaned last year.) Finally, and perhaps worst of all, the technician used an anti-bacterial spray on the vents before he left. (He showed me the bottle, but I didn't note the name--I did note that it was supposed to be diluted.) At any rate, the spray has a really, really, really strong smell. The house still reeks of it 6 days later. We have had to have the windows open any time possible since then, and the house STILL smells really, really bad. (Imagine talcum powder on steroids). The technician had informed me that he was going to use the solution liberally (part of the reason I wanted the cleaning was unpleasant odors from the vents), but I guess I didn't understand the extent that the smell was going to pervade everything in the house. (And if you turn on the heat, the house only smells even worse. Ugh.) I assume with time the smell will get better. But it has only gotten marginally better after 6 days. Ugh. In conclusion, I feel like the C rating is pretty generous."},"url":"https://www.angi.com/companylist/us/md/silver-spring/quality-air-solutions-llc-reviews-2289700.htm"},"position":8}]}

Do not recommend unless you want to pay top dollar for bottom barrel install. We moved into a home with a Shaw's 2016 heat pump install and will be spending thousands to address the poor quality of the air handler install. Code violations, no permits pulled, didn't follow manufacturers...
When I first met with the estimator (Yasmin Cartagena) I showed her the existing hardwood floors in the dining room and living rooms, which is very shiny & glossy. I told her I wanted the kitchen floors to look just as glossy - they don't! ( Yes, I know that the living/dining room floors...

With over 40 years of experience in septic tank installation and service, Eagle and Son Septic Service is a family business, consisting of the owner Nathan Eagle, his son, and a good friend, who's just like one of the family. Nathan got started in the business at 15 years old when he was offered a job in the septic industry. 10 years later, in 1987, he started his own business. More than 40 years later, he is an expert in the field and focuses his experience on providing a personal and personable relationship with each customer.
"Nathan Eagle was wonderful to work with. I had quotes from other companies including one that gave me a multi-page contract with all kinds of exceptions so one really didn't know the final price, and then I received a quote from Eagle. Gave me understandable quotes that included all I needed. Due to our new septic not being at least 100' from our well, he changed his quote to install a BAT septic system per Baltimore County. His second quote was more than I wanted to spend, but the county had a grant program with funding available that paid for most of the cost of the new tank and its installation. He was usually available when I called or texted. A hard-working person who's actually hands-on."

We are a family owned company that is interested in making your visions a reality, no job is to big or to small. Things we offer: -Excavation, grading, trenching, etc. -Demolition, houses, barns, concrete, etc . -Landscaping, hardscaping, tree work, retaining walls etc. -Junk removal, Cars, house clean outs, property cleanups, etc.
"Overall they over promised and under delivered. The job was to grade my front yard and add a concrete step. The absolute minimal grading was completed, and the concrete was poured in the rain making the finish rough and dirty and the concrete leaked into the driveway. Had to contact multiple times to get the tent removed and concrete cleaned up. I do appreciate the grass that was put down. Definitely a little disappointed that the minimum was done. Wish I had only paid half up front so they would have come back quicker to complete the job."

FAQs for dirt hauling projects in Chesapeake City, MD
The kinds of items or materials accepted will vary by hauling company. Some companies will not handle hazardous waste, but hiring ones that do will cost from $5 to $100 or more, depending on what type and quantity of material.
Most companies will haul items such as:
Construction and remodeling waste: $100–$600
Appliances: $50–$600
Furniture: $50–$400
Electronics: $60–$200
Yard waste: $70–$500
Unfortunately, some plumbing scenarios, like a broken sewer pipe repair, will require excavation to complete the job. Plumbing excavation costs range from $30 to $70per cubic foot. However, if you need additional trenching, expect to pay an extra $4 to $12per linear foot. Keep in mind that these costs are on top of the plumbing repair costs, and they don’t account for labor costs. Consult your excavation specialist to determine an accurate estimate for your job.
The cost to hire a professional junk hauling service ranges from $60 to $600, averaging about $270. Your final price is determined by the type of junk, amount of junk, the distance to the dumpsite, and the equipment required to move and haul your items or materials. Keep in mind that construction junk removal is more expensive than hauling household items, so expect to pay $800 for removing large piles of debris.
The average cost for pool excavation is $2,500. This cost can range from $450 to $4,500, depending on the pool shape and size, time of year, and any need to move buried utilities.
When excavating for your pool, you might have to move existing utilities. You can expect to pay an additional $15 to $25per linear foot to move gas lines. To move a septic system, it’ll cost an additional $2,000 to $20,000. A pool that is 10 feet by 12 feet averages $450 to excavate, and a 20-foot-by-40-foot pool averages $3,020.
The cost for residential excavation is $3,200 on average, ranging between $50 and $200per cubic yard. Total costs could range from $500 to $15,000, depending on the project type, yard size, and soil type.
When a project needs an excavator, the contractor will subcontract one as part of the larger project. If you hire an excavation specialist, you can expect to pay between $40 and $180per hour. When excavating, if you have soil with excessive rocks or clay deposits, expect an additional cost of $200 to $1,200.
