They informed me that the work would take longer than the '2 man hours' that I bought through the Angie's List Deals before they began the job - which I appreciated.  They were on task and professional the whole time. They explained any problems they encountered while re-installing the old light fixture - need new bulbs.  They cleaned up any mess they made at the end of the job. Rates and cost of supplies were reasonable.  I WILL BE CALLING THEM BACK FOR ANY OTHER ELECTRICAL WORK IN THE FUTURE.

"No respond to warranty questions. Paid for system checks which they tried to sale enhancements. So much for the idea of finding problems before they occur by doing two checkups each year. I discover all of the problems after the checkups were done that require one or several call backs. Not sure how they classify techs as seniors their licenses are journeyman."

"Our existing generator died. James diagnosed the problem and gave us a few options to repair or replace it. We chose to replace it. James handled everything, from getting and installing the new generator to electrical and fuel (propane) connections. We have asked him to schedule us for the annual maintenance on the machine. We are pleased, though we haven't lost power since it was installed, LOL."

"Simply amazing from start to finish! I can't say enough nice things about this company or the people that I dealt with. They were all professional, friendly and they did great work. They called me just minutes after I clicked their name on Angi's List and had someone out to give me an estimate and had my appointment date set in record time from most companies that I have dealt with for home improvement. I hate having people in my house working but I felt totally comfortable with them. The work they did was exceptional. We got a new power box (breaker box - whatever it's call) and a new meter and a couple of new outlets put in. We also got new smoke detectors throughout the house. They had to work around some issues and relocate a bit of pipe from out water filter system that was in their way. And they just took care of it without any complaints. I didn't have to do anything. They took care of it all and had the inspector come out and get it approved. I feel safe in my home now. I highly recommend this company and I will be calling them for any future electrical work that I need done."
