DZ DESIGN AND CONTRACTING is a small owner operated home improvement company. We typically complete all phases of your project in house. In some cases we will sub-contract certain tasks, or provide referrals. We provide free estimates and in home consultation. We accept cash or check typically in payments of 1/3 of cost prior to start/middle/and upon completion.

We provide service to any home improvement needed. also at additions or even build you a house. We also do grading work for properties. There is nothing too small or too big that we cannot handle.
