"Everything went very well, from the estimate to the complete installation. Randy was very easy to work with, and was very efficient. He needed to replace some of the wood, once he removed the old skylight, and the work was done promptly and perfectly. He did not try to push products or services that were not required and cleaned up the work area completely. I will definitely be calling Reinforced Skylights when skylight #2 needs replacing as well. This time I won't waste so much time waiting on other companies to return my calls. My only regret is I didn't know they could have worked on the dry wall replacement as well. "Darren came out and did the estimate and his pricing was competitive with the other bids I received. It took a little bit to get the work scheduled, but if they're keeping busy with lots of work that in and of itself says a lot about the quality of work they do and the business they run. The work was done efficiently without me having to hover over them - Darren was up on the roof doing what he needed to do, and he told me when he was done. The shingles matched much better than I was expecting them to do (the roof is almost 10 years old), and while it's not a big deal, it's nice to not see the giant patch job from the back. Have had one big rain storm since the work was done and everything seems to be in great shape. I would definitely recommend hiring Lumbee Solutions for any roof work that you need done."

"Great work! Ben supplied pictures of the work in progress and explained everything that was being done which showed the roof being pulled back to the "studs" and then how they put the new roof on. They also replaced the skylight at no additional cost. I will definitely recommend them in the future!"

"The company showed up on time and conducted the shingle replacement being careful not to damage the gardens around the house. They brought the roof up to current code, (the roof no longer complied with local codes), and worked with our chimney company to install the flashing properly. The cleanup was performed in an acceptable manner and the work was finished on time. Follow-up inspections by the company and I showed I had a good roof that was going to last another long time. I would definitely recommend this company for roof work."
