They brought the roof up to current code, (the roof no longer complied with local codes), and worked with our chimney company to install the flashing properly. "It went exceptionally well. I was away, when the service was performed.  Because of rain, Mr. Tom Parks sent and email explaining that they would not come on the designated day, but on the next day, which they did.
Mr. Parks sent before photos of the roof and after photos.  They were very clear and told the story.  During the next heavy rain storm, I  kept my fingers crossed.  The repair was successful and I had no more leaks.
 Mr. Parks assured me that if there were any problems, they would come out and do whatever they needed to make the necessary repairs.  Well, I thought that I had a leak in a different area of the roof. Mr. Parks sent out " his best worker" to take a look.  It turns out that the leak was not from the roof, but from an upstairs toilet, that was leaking through my ceiling.
   I must say that I am more that pleased with how professional, responsive, pleasant Daniel Parks Roofing is and how they keep their word regarding the quality of work and also their honoring their promise regarding standing behind the work they perfor.
