"We had some floorboards buckle in our basement due to an unknown source of water. Jeff Dahlgren was fantastic and very helpful in helping us figure out the problem and his repairs were great (after having to dig up concrete and cap off a mysterious open pipe that came out of nowhere). He also did some other things (repairing drywall, installing new fixture and faucet), was on time, professional, clean, and friendly. It's really hard to work in a home wearing a mask and keeping things clean and tidy during pandemic, minimizing disturbance for kids in virtual school, and we really appreciate that."

"Management suggested having second man arrive for about a half hour to assist in lifting two large framed pieces. Work was scheduled for 9:00 am. First worker arrived at 7:50 and second arrived at 8:30. First worker installed hook, then remained for entire time, briefly assisting second (more skilled) worker hang the large pieces, otherwise talking and watching the entire time. In short we ending up paying for two handymen when only one did all the work, at a cost of well over $500. We politely brought this to the company’s attention. The phone representative agreed regarding the original plan, but we have heard nothing further. In our estimation, the first worker was not capable or equipped to do the job and we ended up paying for him to hang around while the work was done by his colleague. The final cost was outrageous and lack of response very disappointing to say the least."

"Amber Stoneberger was initial contact & then came out next day to meet us & provide estimate.  She was super; very personable, knowledgeable, & able to anticipate our questions or concerns with specific answers.  Price was very reasonable & she was also able to set up whole job within 2 days time -- compared to Lowes 4-6 weeks was amazing.
Technician Keith arrived on time & went about the job in workmanlike manner -- he was supposed to be accompanied by Bryan but an emergency prevented Bryan from coming out until much later.
Keith was able to remove & clear away the old door & install all the new equipment by himself within approx 3 hrs.  During the testing of the openers & his teaching us how to use them, a wiring glitch presented which took some extra time & effort to resolve.  Keith stuck with it & eventually all was operating properly.  The last item to be installed was outside door trim which Keith deferred to Bryan to install later in the day as Keith confessed he was not as proficient as Bryan with that work.
Bryan came by later in the day -- he apologized right away for his earlier absence -- had a family medical emergency -- & went on to explain that this had been Keith's first solo installation!  So, along with the remaining trim work, Bryan would be generally checking over Keith's installation job to ensure its success.  Bryan was just as professional & personable as Amber -- very calm, methodical & exact in his movements.  He also went over the door & opener operation with me again & answered any remaining questions.
We are very pleased with the price, quality of materials & installation provided by Stoneberger's; would be happy to recommend them to anyone.
