The work they did was top-rate, and they also pointed out a missing downspout and fixed that (got a new one and installed it) as well as the scheduled work. The estimate had to be revised because the trim on my 40 year-old house couldn't be replicated in terms of color. I received a prompt re-estimate, accepted the very reasonable price, and the work was completed quickly. I couldn't be happier with the work product. RM Banning is just a fine organization to work with. Three years prior, RM Banning replaced my entire roof, and did quality work then. Econize Closets and BlindsFrom the estimate process, to the install, to customer service/responsiveness, Econize Closets was a great company to work with. I am very happy with my closet and laundry room cabinets. I don't know how we lived without them the past 30 years. Trent's design is perfect for our smaller closet spaces. Plantation shutters for the bathroom windows finish the room off beautifully. The install teams were prompt, efficient and took care to make sure everything was very clean and ready to use when they were done. We had some delays because of other improvements we were making that affected the spaces for cabinet install. Econize employees were all very willing to work with us over what turned into a few months delay. Everyone I dealt with was always very responsive. My wife and I worked with Jennifer to replace sheer curtains in our living room (2 windows) and dining room (large bay window). She started by showing a large variety of samples to choose from and was great with color/style advice. When the curtains came in, she was back promptly and installed them. We really enjoyed working with her and would gladly work with her again.

I asked Marshall to provide an estimate to replace the windows. Upon arrival and seeing the situation, Chris suggested that it was not necessary to replace the entire window assemblies, but just the glass unit. He even recommended a vendor. I took his advice and the repair is about 1/3 of what it would have cost to replace the entire windows. In addition, he mentioned that it's usually important to replace other windows to ensure they look the same, so we didn't have to worry about that expense which would have doubled the cost to replace only the fogged window assemblies. This ensures Marshall will be the first place I call in the future for any work they do.
