"Just moved into a new home in DC and called these folks because they were on the sticker on the HVAC unit. Turns out they installed one of the HVAC systems in my new home last year and from what I can tell did a fantastic job and it works GREAT!! Had them come to check out the two HVAC units in the house and the boiler. Guy that came was nice, professional, and VERY helpful. When talking over the phone with them they were very professional and responsive. I definitely feel comfortable with this company and will always use them when I need help with my HVAC."

"So first off, a snafu with Angie's list, and the price listed on the site was not what the company said it was supposed to be. It still was reasonable enough so I asked the gentleman to come by and do the work. Sergey was prompt, very efficient, methodical, and we could see the attention to detail he gave to his craft. Even though the initial ask was just for cleaning, Sergey showed us the videos and black spots marking mold in our system, so we had him add that work of fumigating to the same visit. Will use again when needed."

"We highly recommend RTS for anyone with mold concerns. We found what we were concerned was mold in our new house. Our realtor immediately recommended that we reach out to Paul at RTS because so many clients raved about him and his company in the past. Despite the fact that he was out of town, he offered to immediately review photos in order to provide an initial assessment. Paul later came to my home and was extremely knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and caring. He did a terrific job assessing a potential leak in our bathroom and then cleaned and treated the area. Paul then very speedily wrote a clear and detailed report with next steps and helpful recommendations on preventing mold from growing in the damp area. He had multiple conversations with us and our builder and even followed up to confirm that our builder was taking the necessary remedial measures. It is obvious that Paul cares for his clients and will take the extra time to make sure all their concerns are addressed."

"T&D gave me a 4-hour window for their arrival time. -- 1:00 to 5:00. They showed up at 5:15. I called the company about 5 minutes after 5:00 to say they were not here yet. No one answered, so I left a message. No one ever called me back to apologize or explain what happened. The guys who showed up at 5:15 got right to work, and the whole operation took less than 10 minutes. The guy who came indoors walked onto my recently cleaned off-white carpet without asking if he should take his shoes off. (When I asked him to, he did; but by then it was really too late.) He went into the guest bedroom (nearest to the outdoor dryer vent) and closed the window. However, he did not go into the master bedroom, even though it’s adjacent to the guest bedroom and the window in there was also wide open and only about a foot farther away from the vent than the other bedroom. By the time I thought to run in to make sure he had closed both windows, the outside guy was already well underway with the work. Even though I closed that window quickly, it was too late to avoid all the dust and debris from the vent from coming in through the window. I have a brand new mattress in that bedroom, on which I had just put clean sheets and a freshly washed blanket. And I had clean clothes hanging on a drying rack not far from the window. A thin layer of dust (and whatever else came out of the vent) covered everything in the room. I was not happy. They may have done a very good job; I don't know. But they didn't show a lot of care for the inside of my condo. So overall, I am disappointed with T&D. BTW... the $105 they charged me was supposed to be a special deal because many of the units in my condo community were having their dryer vents cleaned by T&D on the same day. Given that the work took 10 minutes (for which I had to wait at home all afternoon), I do not feel that price was a particularly good deal. I'd say it was fair at best."
