This was not a problem with a generator - don't know how it got listed that way. The problem was a ceiling light fixture whose bulbs began flashing wildly when I flipped on the switch. Sam is a gem! He texted back within minutes and we arranged a time in a couple of days. He correctly surmised that I would need a new fixture and suggested I get one before the appointment. After testing the connections, replacing the fixture and having it fail to turn on, he turned to the switch which was also defective. A new switch solved the problem. When he was finished, Sam vacuumed up the debris and collected everything in the fixture box, taking all the trash with him. He was polite and personable and seemed to not mind my questions about how one becomes an electrician. Finally, I asked him to look at the disposal switch on the way out, and he replaced that as well. The total price was very reasonable and I will certainly call him next time I need an electrician.

Sam was on time, polite, neatly dressed, did job in 30 minutes, cleaned the area, tested job, everything worked perfectly, very reasonable cost. I will hire him whenever I need an electrician. I was lucky to find him, thank you, Frank
