"Chem Dry is fantastic!!! We had vegetable oil stains which had seeped into the carpet and no one else could get them out. Chem Dry congratulations arrived on time, we're very pleasant and when the stain came back after a week they came back a second time very quickly and finished the job very quickly. I will continue to hire them if I need them they're great!"

"The person who came to my house was very professional. Explained what he was doing and. Products that he was using. He was very efficient and my upholstered hairs came out beautifully. Will definitely use him again"

"The service was excellent and we noticed a big difference in the cleanliness of the rug. We are very happy and will use this company again in the future. Thank you!"

"Rob was just awesome - it was kind of an odd job where I wanted to install a custom stained glass panel in a door. He was careful and knew exactly what he was doing - I'm so glad to have hired him."

"This is the best cleaning service I have found. I called to say I needed a cushion cleaned on my couch right away as the cushion was not usable at all and had an awful smell. Bryan was there the next day. I was so impressed with the timeliness, pricing, and how courteous he was I never compared prices with anyone else. It was not that much more money to have the whole couch cleaned so I did that. I then asked if he could remove a couple carpet stains and he noticed there were more I thought I had removed myself. He offered to do the whole carpet for a real good price. so I had the whole carpet done. My carpet and couch look like new. I would highly recommend this company and would give them more stars if I could."

"Excellent service! This is the second time we’ve hired him, and once again, he did an amazing job. He cleaned our sofa and carpet, and everything turned out great. He’s very professional, careful, and thorough. We’re very happy with his work and highly recommend him!"

"From the first contact with Gary Locatelli Smith I knew I was in the hands of a professional with a long history of great customer service and experience in the trade. He answered my email and phone call within two days, and set up an appointment to come to my home within a week. I showed him the fabric I had purchased and wanted to use and after he gave me a quote on the cost for two sofa slipcovers I readily agreed and he started cutting and measuring the slipcovers on the spot. I provided the material so I only paid for labor. He did a wonderful job on the slipcovers, which fit to perfection. I originally wanted a certain style of slipcover, but he made other recommendations based on the material that I provided and I am so happy I agreed to it. In addition to the two slipcovers he also upholstered a bench using beautiful nail heads and reupholstered a day bed. I was satisfied with the time it took and would use him again anytime! P.S. Nine years ago I paid double for 2 sofa slipcovers using another service, which is why I didn't use them again. Locatelli Smith Interiors had my business as soon as I met Gary and he gave me the quote. He stuck to the quote and did a great job! He knows what he is doing! I couldn't be happier to have found a great upholsterer!"

"Got the job done. Damaged the paint in some places. Was planning on painting over anyway but still an issue"

"Punctual, communicative, protective of the home trim finish, and cleaning results were good. Professional."
