The reupholstering was excellent. The couch was done right on time. It took a while to get the material for the chairs and ottoman, but it was not their fault and they kept us in the loop. We were not happy with the window treatments. When Joe delivered the chairs and ottoman, he looked at the window treatments and agreed they were not quite right. So he had them redone at no cost to us! That was an extremely nice thing to do! In fact I do not think anyone else today would have agreed to that. So, excellent workmanship, they stand by their work and they go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied.

The finished product was beyond our expectations Wonderful with helping us pick the fabric. They stayed on contact with us during the process as we originally did not know the pieces would have to be 'rebuilt'. They were professional, friendly and I would recommend them to anyone who wants quality work.

Excellent! I used partial COF, and Imperial managed to find the balance that I needed for the project (fabric was no longer in production). The work was impeccable and done in time for all of my guests to have a seat at Thanksgiving! The staff is incredibly helpful, and seem to be as pleased to help with a small project as a major one. For the work done, I thought that the price was very reasonable.

They fixed the wood structure of the chair, cleaned up the wood arms and legs that showed, and completely redid the entire upholstery, and did a beautiful job. Lots of fabrics to select from at a wide range of price points.

They did an excellent job. They were able to change a few aspects of the sofa, put in a thicker cushion, fixed a handrail, and it came out very well.

Excellent!!! After having them replaced by Harden Furniture 3Xs in 6 years we decided they to get it done ourselves or buy a new couch and love seat. Imperial explained the differences in foam, did one cushion for us to try, we wanted a slight adjustment. We brought the cushions in mid afternoon and got them back mid morning the following day. The adjustment was perfect and did not impact the price. Great quality, good price, excellent service and very nice people. A very pleasurable experience.

Bob (the owner) was extremely patient - i asked about the price of re-stuffing 5 leather couch cushions in August.  Due to a variety of reasons, i was not able to bring them in to be done until early October.  Bob ordered the special foam that was needed to complete and when I was able to bring them in, he did them in less than one day.  LOVE these cushions!!!  I could not be happier with the outcome.  They were a little pricey, but very much worth the cost.
I had come to Bob because I had the cushions previously done about 2 years ago by a DIFFERENT upholstering company and they were already sagging after about 6 months (a very short period).  
You truly do get what you pay for - a very high quality item,  exceptional service.  Great Job Imperial and I would use them to do any upholstering job.
