"I called Pride on the advice of a local realtor. An upcoming commercial building sale required work to be done immediately. We had a jammed lock on an exterior door and needed a locking knob on an interior door. I called on Thursday, needing the work done on Monday. "I took advantage of the offer that Morris doors had for re-keying / changing the locks of two doors.  When he arrived he said that since one of the locks had a lock on the inside and the outside he considered it two locks which seemed odd to me.  I ended up paying more for the service then i expected so this put a sour taste in my mouth.  Otherwise the quality of the work performed was very good.

I left a message with them (a person) saying that I was interested in getting some doors re-keyed. I left my name and number. Dabbs Lock never got back to me. I never tried to call back, but went with Union Square Locksmith, who returned my call immediately and was very prompt."
