"After three snow storms, ice dams collected along some of the edge of my house causing obvious leak-type damage to an interior wall and a couple of ceilings. I called A & J, and they were incredibly sensitive to my situation and made my house a priority despite their having received many similar calls for roof clearing that day. I was quoted their "usual" charge for such a job, fully expecting a surcharge after the fact since my house is a Victorian and has a high roof with steep angles. They arrived that afternoon and removed all the snow from my roof and broke up the ice dam. The price did not change, despite the precarious nature of the job. I would hire A & J again in a heartbeat for this service (although I hope I won't need to) and intend to call them in the early spring for a quote on the new roof I'd already planned to have installed this year. "Fantastic! Dave Brodowski and his crew were professional and friendly. They worked long hours to get the work done. Dave and his crew removed the old shingles, placed a coating on the bare roof, and put down new shingles. They cleaned up multiple times each day. They used a remote cart with an extendable slide. Dave let us know about any issues with the bare roof. The new roof looks fantastic! I would recommend them to anyone."

"After reading their good reviews, we called ASG Seamless Gutters, and received an appointment for an estimate (which was free) right away.  Two gentlemen arrived right on time for the appointment (no four-hour window of waiting).  They were shown the insurance appraisal for the repair.  After taking measurements and assessing the damage, we were given an estimate that was $425 less than the appraisal.  We scheduled an appointment for one week later.  Because a storm was expected on the day of the appointment, they rescheduled for the day before the original appointment.  Two gentlemen arrived the day of the appointment as scheduled.  On the day the estimate was given, we were told the work would take 2 1/2 to 3 hours.  The work was completed and all of the old gutters were removed in exactly 2 hours.  The amount of the estimate was the amount we paid.

"Fair price and excellent service. Roger, the owner, is very personable and professional. He arrived to do the quote exactly when he said he would and he handed us a copy before leaving. Once we hired him, he gave us a potential start date and estimated it would take two days. His crew came on the exact day he projected and they were done in one day because he had a crew of 8 working which included himself getting supplies. The crew is very respectful and extremely hard working. They make sure they cover bushes and porches from flying debris. They are constantly cleaning the yard and use a magnet to pickup nails. They bring in their own dumpster and remove it at the of the day. We were given extra material and told to call if we have any questions or concerns. We were given a 10 year written warranty from Royal Roofing that includes materials, labor, and disposal. My neighbors all came out to look at the beautiful job done, and one asked for his own quote. Honestly the hardest part was selecting the color of the roofing tile. Roger told us how we could uploaded our own house picture and try different colors on the manufacturers website."

"Company did a good job last summer with 3 bay windows, so I called them back when the rest of the windows in the house needed to be replaced. On the initial visit, I told the rep that I wanted the same windows as last year. He quickly found the job order and picked up the details of the window make/model/etc without any need for me to reinvent the order. The company had the opportunity to try to upsell me, as I asked them about replacement of the skylight in the bathroom. Refreshingly, they declined to do so and told me that it would be much better to wait until we needed to get the roof re-done, and to do the window at that time. As before, the first guy clearly explained the process: guy 1 to take the order and measure the windows, later follow-up visit from guy 2 to remeasure all the windows carefully before ordering their construction, and then a couple of months later, a follow-up call from their HQ to schedule the install. He gave me an approximate window for this scheduling call. It was a pretty broad time-frame because there had been an unusually large number of people needing custom windows. As before, everything went off exactly as the rep indicated. The install team showed up within a half-hour of the estimated time, and installed 11 windows without taking a break. They removed every scrap of rubbish, vacuumed thoroughly, and left the place as clean as it was when they arrived."
