"Dave answered the phone the first time I called and arrived right when he said he would for an estimate. He looked at my leaking chimney flashing and gave me a quote to fix the issue right on the spot. He was also honest with me and told me how to repair it myself if I wanted as it wasn't that difficult. I asked for a ballpark estimate to replace the entire roof since it will need to be done within a couple of years and he provided one. "I have recently used ASG twice.  Initially, they resolved problem that occurred with a corner section where rain water spilled over my old gutters into a newly dug basement bedroom egress and flooded our basement,  ASG prevented this expensive accident from recurring by quickly designing and installing a new gutter system, that catches all the water and diverts it well away from the house through a pipe they ran under my deck.  The solution worked perfectly.  A few months later I hired them to replace and cover the rest of all my old gutters, and they completed the job very quickly and very well.  These folks do a good job.

"I couldn't be happier with Joe and his crew.  From first contact and the time we met to get an estimate I could tell right off the bat he knew exactly what he was talking about, and was very professional about everything.  I met with 2 other contractors, and even though Home Facelifters wasn't the cheapest, I knew that they would get the job done right and on time.  They dealt with all of the city inspectors and dealt with pulling all the permits, they helped me pick out many of the different items for the house like the cabinets, counters, appliances, flooring, and even colors for the walls.  There were some things that I thought I wanted a certain way but Joe was always willing to try and explain why another way might be better, which I do appreciate.  The payment process was very simple, we did go over our original estimate, but he had told me upfront there was a chance we would find things behind the walls that we couldn't predict, and I was prepared to possibly go over by a certain amount so that wasn't a problem.  The work was done very quickly, and the quality of everything is great.  I will definitely be using Joe and his crew on future projects of mine.
