There were 7 crew members and they were able to get the job done in one day and they cleaned up well after themselves. He showed up with all the appropriate equipment. "Dave answered the phone the first time I called and arrived right when he said he would for an estimate. He looked at my leaking chimney flashing and gave me a quote to fix the issue right on the spot. He was also honest with me and told me how to repair it myself if I wanted as it wasn't that difficult. I asked for a ballpark estimate to replace the entire roof since it will need to be done within a couple of years and he provided one. I would be happy to do business with Brodowski Home Improvement in the future."

"I was on vacation when the gutter was installed. My daughter was home and stated that everything seemed to go fine, however they cleaned up nothing. They put the new gutter up and left; she had to go out and clean up my driveway of screws and dubris. She said had she driven into the drivway as they left it, she would have gotten a flat tire.Clean up is all part of the job, and I feel a very important part. I would not use company again nor would I recommend based on that

"I couldn't be happier with Joe and his crew.  From first contact and the time we met to get an estimate I could tell right off the bat he knew exactly what he was talking about, and was very professional about everything.  I met with 2 other contractors, and even though Home Facelifters wasn't the cheapest, I knew that they would get the job done right and on time.  They dealt with all of the city inspectors and dealt with pulling all the permits, they helped me pick out many of the different items for the house like the cabinets, counters, appliances, flooring, and even colors for the walls.  There were some things that I thought I wanted a certain way but Joe was always willing to try and explain why another way might be better, which I do appreciate.  The payment process was very simple, we did go over our original estimate, but he had told me upfront there was a chance we would find things behind the walls that we couldn't predict, and I was prepared to possibly go over by a certain amount so that wasn't a problem.  The work was done very quickly, and the quality of everything is great.  I will definitely be using Joe and his crew on future projects of mine.
