"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"I couldn't be happier with Joe and his crew.  From first contact and the time we met to get an estimate I could tell right off the bat he knew exactly what he was talking about, and was very professional about everything.  I met with 2 other contractors, and even though Home Facelifters wasn't the cheapest, I knew that they would get the job done right and on time.  They dealt with all of the city inspectors and dealt with pulling all the permits, they helped me pick out many of the different items for the house like the cabinets, counters, appliances, flooring, and even colors for the walls.  There were some things that I thought I wanted a certain way but Joe was always willing to try and explain why another way might be better, which I do appreciate.  The payment process was very simple, we did go over our original estimate, but he had told me upfront there was a chance we would find things behind the walls that we couldn't predict, and I was prepared to possibly go over by a certain amount so that wasn't a problem.  The work was done very quickly, and the quality of everything is great.  I will definitely be using Joe and his crew on future projects of mine.

I have used Vista Home Improvement for a wide variety of renovations around my house and each time they have done a terrific job. If I ever have a concern after the fact, they are quick to respond. "I cannot speak highly enough of Tom and Brad Green of Colonial Restorations. We have lived in our antique house for 16 years now, and like most old homes, some of its previous repairs were good, some not so good. Tom Green worked on this house for its previous owners, and his work was, by far, the best in the house. So, we continued to use Colonial - Tom, then Tom and Brad - as we learned the ropes about caring for an old house - our first house, old or new. Over the years, they have replaced sills and posts and beams, and rebuilt parts of our loose stone foundation. Most recently, they replaced the last original posts in our basement, (one of which was a tree trunk still with bark on it), including pouring new custom footings, in advance of our finally cementing the dirt floor. The work here is never easy - nothing is level, nothing is square - but the Greens' end result has always been beautiful - strong and made to last. Their prices are fair and without hidden costs....maybe not the lowest bid you might get, but you know it's a real bid that they will stand behind. They triage projects for us, giving us an idea of what other items will likely need attention in the next few years. We're not done with this house yet....we've never won the lottery, and there's always another repair..... and plan to use them again soon. I feel confident knowing that the next owners of this house, whoever they might be, will see the quality of the work and know that we cared enough to have the right people help us with the ongoing repair and maintenance of a 275+ year old house. I am a real person, a real customer, with no ties to the company, and was more than happy to write this review."

"The last was a rental company that we have and we used them for an air conditioning and heating system. It was Bototach Mechanical. It’s been a good program for us. They’re very responsive. I don’t know what the thought process was. My husband said, well let’s try these guys and so we did. We have an older home and it’s proved to be a very good deal. The quality has been pretty good, so I would give them an A for the quality. I will give you one helpful hint though. If the company decides they want to replace an appliance, you need to call them and negotiate with them because you can upgrade, but you need to talk to them in person not just do it over the internet."
