"So Manny sent out a crew member to evaluate the job two days before the was done. I was quoted 155.00 for fall cleanup for the front yard only which is what I had requested I agreed to the quote. A couple of days later a young man showed up to clean the leaves. My next door neighbor had a crew from Fairview lawn care also working on her yard. Maybe 45 minutes to an hour later he rang my door bell saying he had completed the job. I did not verify that it had been completed correctly as it was only picking up leaves and mowing the lawn. A few hours later as I was leaving I noticed that there was still alot of leaves under the shrubs and against my fence on the right side of my front yard. I contacted Manny and he was very apologetic and told me he would send the young man out again. Today he came back and finished the job. "Had an appointment on Monday for them to show between 12-2 and I waited until 3:15 before I had to call them and reschedule until next day because they did not show up within the window they gave me. Next morning I had a window from 8-10 and it was 10:30 when they finally showed up. Then the price quoted to remove an old refrigerator was crazy high but I paid it because I had to get it out. The need to be more punctual and offer better and upfront pricing. I probably wont use them again."
