Pav coordinated with Ocean Edge Management regarding the repair of portions of the building that were rotted out due to previous water damage and billed the management company for this portion of the job. The work is exceptional and, although the job overall took longer than we had hoped due to the original contractor, we are so very pleased with the outcome.
