Brad was excellent

Although responded to a handyman request, Brad is a licensed builder. Brad was so good I am considering hiring him for future jobs.

Brad and his fellow painter arrived to paint my kitchen. This project became larger as I had them paint my living room and my back porch. Then, upon noticing some areas of my deck that were also in need of repair, I asked if they could also take care of that. They brought it back to life finishing with a good hard wash and seal. It looked brand new.

Both very professional & completed all work in time frame given .

He was on time, honest, and clean.

Brad and his helper Mark did a wonderful job on my house and the job needed more carpenter work that anticipated and the could not have done a better job. I couldn't recommend them enough. It was a pleasure having them do work at my house.

I hired Brad to tile my bathroom and install a vanity. I was very happy with their work and they kept the cost down to go along with my budget. I am looking forward to working with them soon I want them to put flooring down in my living room. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good contractor.

We hired Brad and his team to fully repaint our condo. Since they were general contractors as well, we were able to add couple of smaller tasks like installing closet transitions. After meeting with Brad to negotiate the details, we worked with them remotely. The quality of the work performed was great. We felt that we got a good value for the money given the amount of work that was done. One thing to note is that the work took 2 weeks instead of 4 days that they originally estimated. We would have appreciated better expectations management on this part. Would work with them again.

Brad and his team have been great to work with-reliable and flexible-two great attributes with a larger project. Will continue to use their services for future projects.

Cape Cod Contracting came on March 22 and completed three tasks that involved carpentry skills: replacing the foam panels in my basement and putting in a new opaque plastic panel over my light source; fixing the latch on the door that connects my house to my two car garage and fixing the bent support rod on the Memphis Folding Stairs that connect my second floor to the attic. This firm does not do electrical work, so that I still need to locate an contractor to place a light at the top of the stairs leading into my basement with a switch in the basement to turn this light on at night (when I sleep in the basement).

The work done was of a good quality, the price was a bit of a surprise and high. I am still waiting for an itemized invoice for my tax records.

My entire interaction with Brad has been from a distance. He has assisted me with a project that included repairs to a rental that I have on Cape Cod and also required him to interact with a tenant. I live in Arizona. While I have never met him personally, I found Brad to be highly professional and communicative. He completed the work in a very timely fashion, did so within budget, and went "beyond the call of duty" to address a couple of issues he noticed while at the house. I look forward to using his services again.

Cape Cod Contracting left my ceiling sagging in the middle and knocked into my water main coming out of the basement floor and it started to leak so instead of tighten the nut where the leak was he shut off the main water to my house and never told my wife and left her and my eight month old baby without water. I called him at work and asked him why didnt you call me about a leak or tell my wife,instead you shut off the water main collect your check and leave. He had no good answer for it. He turned around and came back to tighten the nut and turned the water back on. Very unprofessional and a sloppy job.

He was professional and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job of cleaning the roof and had suggestions on what to be aware of concerning the roof and the life span of the shingles.

This is a straight forward firm. Nobody else i knew would tackle this job because the floor wasn't level. So, they needed to, carefully, level the floor, taking into account the front door [we didn't want to replace it], heating [we didn't want to raise the base board]. They are very good, and I'm well pleased. Most of all, they did a job all the big companies wouldn't do. So there is satisfaction on that level as well.

Helped to Remove our kitchen counter top and vanity tops. Finished the job in a couple of hours and also helped a few minor things in order to make up the 4 hour minimum contract.

The business owner came out to give us an estimate on our ceiling and quoted $900. The install went okay except for a few minor gliches, When it came to paying the company the price was now $1040, Bradford said he miscalculated the amount of supplies he needed to do the job and hence costing us more. He had previously measured the areas of install when he gave the estimate( how could he have miscalculated?).. Also left all of his trash behind for us to dispose of in the area of construction.. We will not use his services again..

The men that came were very professional and helpful job was completed successfully and to my liking, accompanied them to dump, as I had sticker they took care of the rest. I would hire them again.
