Might seem small but he was the only one out of 4 contractors who actually measured the space to provide an accurate and detailed estimate. He while discussing what I wanted with me made many recommendations and even mentioned ways to get the job done but at a lower cost. He had the estimate to me within 2 days and it was super detailed and broken down with 3 different ways to complete it. He was on time daily as was his crew. Work areas were cleaned daily. He closed up a broken window for us, redid a dirt floor with drainage and concrete, repointed and waterproofed our basement foundation, ripped out and fully replaced basement access stairs. "Jake and team were professional, arrived on time, explained the job completely and then executed flawlessly. We had epoxy and flakes put down on our concrete slab garage floor. Floor looks great, far better than if i had allowed a painter to apply an epoxy kit from one of the paint companies like Sherwin Williams. Jake and team first fixed all the cracks on floor, then used machine to treat floor before first of three epoxy layers plus the flakes. We could not be happier. More expensive than the paint epoxy kits but will last longer. i felt very confident using a local company who also does commercial applications in addition to residential.
