"I hired this company for some preventative work where they came in on time and under the estimate! Then I sprung a leak. When Chris went to replace the valve he found the wall behind my tile rotted. When he saw my devastation he put in an outside shower for me (so I would have a shower) and quick to schedule the return trips around the tile guy.
