He is a true professional, completes projects in a timely manner, and communicates as the job progresses. I highly recommend him from his workmanship to his professionalism. John also replaced the plumbing valves for our exterior hot water heater. He did an excellent job in a timely manner. His workmanship was better than any plumber I've used in the past. The subs were really good, too, though one of our requests was misunderstood and the shower tile was installed in a different style from what we requested. Though a bit irksome, it still looks great, so it's all good in the end."

"Mack did a great job! Arrived as scheduled and worked through our install which actually had the base set incorrectly by another sub. But Mack figured out a work around solution and our shower door operates perfectly and looks fantastic! Have other shower doors to install and we will definitely have Mack do the installation again! I highly recommend him and he's worth every penny."
