During Nick's initial visit, we also discussed larger projects I'd like to have done in the near future. He had great ideas, understood what I was looking for, and sent me detailed estimates for the work I'd like to have done. His estimates were more than fair based on others I've seen (or, more often, those who don't bother to respond because they don't want to bother with small jobs like mine). Nick called today because he and his assistant had a gap in their schedule and I took them up on their offer to come three days before our scheduled appointment. They installed the railing in about an hour and it looks great. I look forward to working with Nick and his crew for future projects - no need to look further!"

My basement was left a mess and the painters helped themself to pieces of wood they assumed was scrape to use as painting supports- they ended up being pieces of a personal project I was working on. My wood floors were scratched by them trying to remove paint from my floors. At the end of this I was told this was normal practice and to hire a cleaning crew.
