They rely on subpar subcontractors with no professionalism or craftsmanship. ? Overpromise and underdeliver: I had to stay on top of every detail myself, doing the job the contractor was hired to manage. ? Unreliable: Never kept appointments or confirmed schedules. The only time they showed up on time was to collect payment. ? Unsafe practices: At one point, a subcontractor was cutting concrete inside the bathroom with a gas?powered tool, filling my entire home with smoke. I had to intervene to stop it and argue just to get basic protections like tarps in place. ? Poor management: Subcontractors openly complained about not being paid, and I even had to send one home myself because of unacceptable behavior. ? End result: Substandard work that does not reflect the money spent. Save yourself "

I went to a very dark base color and white trim and it ended up needing an additional coat but it all came out good in the end and the cost was still reasonable. "My walls were a mess. There was remaining wallpaper behind a radiator that was there for about 70 years or so. The plaster walls were a mess and that is why I decided to wallpaper it. Well Gary did a fantastic job of making the room look like a newly built addition. The seams are non-existent and he managed to stretch the wallpaper even though we were short a roll. Very reasonably priced too!"
