"There was a mix up with the original appointment.  Nobody showed up.  When I contacted the scheduler that afternoon, my appointment was rescheduled for the next day.  The painting work that was done was excellent.
My disappointment was when trying to book them for additional painting work (at full cost).  I tried on two occasions, and got no response.  I would have been satisfied with an "I'm not interested in doing the work." response, but unfortunately, that did not happen.
