"Hired Bay State to take out my old bathtub and shower and replace it with a new walk-in shower. Fabio, the installer, and Daniel, his helper, were excellent! Very professional, efficient and took an eye sore of a bathroom and made it a gorgeous place to take a shower in now. From the beginning, everyone I dealt with were friendly, helpful and professional. Jim, the design consultant, helped us decide on what we wanted and how we were going to get it accomplished. The owner, Jen, was helpful in explaining some things we weren't too sure about and the girls in the office, Sarah and Destiny, were pleasant and patient as we had to re-schedule several times for various reasons on our own part. Bay State accomodated us at every turn. It's a rarity these days to find customer service like they have here. It was a bit expensive but you also get what you pay for. The craftsmanship was excellent and the product itself is top notch. It is MADE IN THE USA, also!"

"Response to my query was immediate. Husband and wife team, Gisele and Amir, came out to the house and wrote down all the things I needed done around the house. The jobs were many and varied and ranged from replacing basement windows, to creating backing for my lower kitchen Lazy Susans (so things don't fall off in oblivion), to staining a deck railing, to repainting basement and outside concrete walls, to reglazing and caulking windows, to creating a trap door for the plumbing, to sealing off/covering some dangling electrical wires, to patching a hole in an inside wall, and more. I got a full 4-page written quote ahead of time and was satisfied with it so I had them begin work right away. I left the house for a few days to go on a business trip and when I came back ALL of it was done and everything was cleaned up. There was only 1 thing that needed a bit more work and Amir came back and did this as soon as we could get it arranged. I liked their work ethic and professionalism so much that I have hired Gisele and her cleaning company to do my monthly housecleaning. We've had one cleaning so far and it was done well.
