"He was very courteous and got back to me on a Saturday or Sunday following his Thursday visit. He gave my wife the pricing over the phone and it was not in writing. I chose another company to do the work and that came on Friday and e-mailed me the quote and was also licensed, bonded and insured. There was a $250 or $300 difference between them and the company went with. He responded right away to my phone call and got his quote in on time. He was also very polite when I told him that I chose someone else. He is in the same town as I am and was going to come over the same day. "I couldn't be happier with Joe and his crew.  From first contact and the time we met to get an estimate I could tell right off the bat he knew exactly what he was talking about, and was very professional about everything.  I met with 2 other contractors, and even though Home Facelifters wasn't the cheapest, I knew that they would get the job done right and on time.  They dealt with all of the city inspectors and dealt with pulling all the permits, they helped me pick out many of the different items for the house like the cabinets, counters, appliances, flooring, and even colors for the walls.  There were some things that I thought I wanted a certain way but Joe was always willing to try and explain why another way might be better, which I do appreciate.  The payment process was very simple, we did go over our original estimate, but he had told me upfront there was a chance we would find things behind the walls that we couldn't predict, and I was prepared to possibly go over by a certain amount so that wasn't a problem.  The work was done very quickly, and the quality of everything is great.  I will definitely be using Joe and his crew on future projects of mine.
