"When I called Masters Carpet Care I got an appointment right away along with an explanation of what they would do. They were friendly, professional, and respectful. They cleaned my stairs and floor carpeting which was pet stained. The amount of dirt they removed was shocking. The price was absolutely reasonable and I definitely plan on using them again. "Owner Frede Matos was very professional, punctual and personable. He kept us updated as to his arrivals, and when he expected the work to be completed. We have a lot of carpeting in our new house and both Frede and Juan did a phenomenal job cleaning it. Juan really attacked several stubborn stains and was pretty successful.
