"When I called Masters Carpet Care I got an appointment right away along with an explanation of what they would do. They were friendly, professional, and respectful. "Owner Frede Matos was very professional, punctual and personable. He kept us updated as to his arrivals, and when he expected the work to be completed. We have a lot of carpeting in our new house and both Frede and Juan did a phenomenal job cleaning it. Juan really attacked several stubborn stains and was pretty successful.
